Anita Stockmans is one of a kind. From the compassion that she shows for each and every one of her students to her infectious positive energy, Anita never ceased to amaze me while I was a student at Duke. During my junior and senior year, Anita was with me the whole way as I searched for internships and job opportunities that would prove meaningful for my professional development. At times, it seemed Anita knew me better than I knew myself. Her insight into personal career development was refreshing and her questions challenged me to reflect more deeply on how I wanted to use my Duke education to accomplish my professional goals. I truly cannot say enough about Anita. She is an exceptional career counselor and a wonderful friend.
