Every student needs someone like Anita. The process of making your first strides into the professional world lends itself only to stress and confusion, but when you have Anita on your side, the struggle doesn't seem so insurmountable. I've known Anita a couple of years, and she's the rare breed of person who cares deeply about the development of the people she works with. So often during your undergraduate years, your search to figure out your career path leads only to roadblocks, but Anita has this special talent to turn roadblocks into green lights. She is talented and caring, and although she's also Canadian, we don't hold that against her.

I'm pleased to call Anita my advisor, my mentor, and my friend, and I can only give her the most glittering of recommendations. I don't know how she can handle the amount of referrals I must bring to her, but the more people she is given the chance to influence, the more lives she will impact in the most positive of manners.
